serious crash either by RAH or windows - computer error on ALL tasks

Both Einstein and RAH. have a look at my RAH tasks, goto page 2 and onwards There are to many tasks to list here from all different groups. ClemA, lr5, lr6, jump-pair and so on. I believe windows was doing an update at the time, not sure what else was running. But I lost ALL my tasks for both projects. Can someone have a look at the results and tell me what happened?
