WHY IS IT THAT NO MATTER WHAT SIZE PAGING SPACE I HAVE. THE DOWN LOAD REQUIRES 110MB MORE?
ANYONE HAVE AN ANSWER.

There are two different concepts here. One is memory usage (which is the page file). This is memory chips used while tasks run. The other is disk storage where files are held. This is your disk drive. From the sounds of it, you are short on how much disk storage BOINC is allowed to use, and so these are the values you will want to review, not the size of your swap file.
