I'm planning to translate the R@H promo video into Spanish. That way it'd be easier to recruit new people into the project.

Does anybody know an easy way to add subtitles to a video? I was planning to download the video, use a normal .txt file and write the subtitles there and then record the video w/ the subtitles with FRAPS and then upload it, but there's got to be a better way...
