I actually thought about that but didn't know if they were done yet or not. I too was out of town, me for 2 weeks, and just haven't had time to settle in with the local new yet. I am trying to watch at least 2 to 3 hours per day, keeping an eye towards what is due to be recorded tonight, that way I can watch the new episodes as they come on. I had forgotten most of my shows record longer than the actual show due to the networks not starting or ending the shows on time, I even have one scheduled 2 hours long due to the 'normal' slippage! whoa! and i thought it was bad here with 20 minute over runs on some nights. back in seattle, if they were not on time they cut the commercials short to compensate and ran them longer when they had time. especially since they were taking network feeds for the west coast. over here there is no "network" other than their own, so they don't have to be on time. BE land, well yeah we have a new gov. finally. But its still a bit mixed up down there in Brussels. The usual train strikes are going on. This time the maintenance group is striking a bit because of concerns their jobs could go to non union people. The dirt moves have started on digging the worlds largest and deepest lock between the river and the inland docks that RO-RO and tank ship use. Its been warm here during the day, today was warm enough for shirt sleeves. It was 18c/68f today here in beaver town. Tomorrow is a religious/federal holiday. The religious figure Saint Martin comes out to toss candy to rot kids teeth. He's from the Romans in the middle 300's AD. And it gets convoluted from there. Of course it is also veterans day. Other than that its just more of the usual stuff. Oh, the only other "news" is that Starbucks opened a store down in Ghent. So that's the latest place. I am going to central station tomorrow to meet up with an old co worker of mine at starbucks since I have not had a drink from them in a very long time. Still burning electrons 4 at a time here.
